Scottsdale, AZ – March 7, 2017 – CyberScoutTM (formerly IDT911), the leading data security and identity theft protection firm, has been recognized for the sixth consecutive year by the 11th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service. The company’s Resolution Center Support Team was awarded a Silver Stevie® in the category Front-Line Customer Service Team of the Year. The company won two additional Stevie Awards: for Customer Service Department and for Frontline Customer Service Professional of the Year.
