Matt Cullina is responsible for driving CyberScout’s global growth and strengthening strategic partnerships in emerging markets. He has 25 years of experience in cyber services, insurance research, development and claims management.
Cullina served as chief executive officer from 2008 to 2018. Under his leadership, CyberScout evolved from a service provider enjoying strong partnerships among personal lines carriers in the United States to an international, award-winning provider of identity and data protection and breach response services. He has advocated for and pioneered the effort to bring cyber services to consumers and SMEs in underserved and emerging markets around the world.
He is chairman of the board at the Identity Theft Resource Center (ITRC) and was a member of the Rhode Island Cybersecurity Commission. A graduate of Salve Regina University, Cullina lives with his family in Providence, R.I.
