CyberScout Recognized for Customer Service Excellence with Three 2020 ISPG Awards

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. – April 9, 2020 – CyberScout, a global leader in identity theft resolution, data defense and employee benefits services, today announced that it has been recognized for industry-leading customer service with a Bronze, Silver and Gold Award in the Sixth Annual 2020 Info Security PG’s Global Excellence Awards®. CyberScout won Silver for Customer Service and Support Team – Department North America (USA and Canada). The CyberScout customer service team is comprised of highly experienced resolution specialists who work directly with individuals and families to minimize and assess risks, monitor for identity theft and manage successful resolutions if theft or fraud occurs. The members of this elite team average 10 years of fraud- and breach-related customer service experience with language proficiencies in German, French, Spanish, Swedish, English and Mandarin.

CyberScout won Gold for Info Security Marketing Initiative of the Year. The CyberScout Marketing Portal is an innovative online content library that helps CyberScout partners easily customize and use CyberScout educational materials including videos, handouts and training programs.
