The international cybersecurity firm was awarded a Silver Stevie® in the category Front-Line Customer Service Professional of the Year for the work of senior fraud specialist Stephen Isaacs. Isaacs’ work with consumers and high net worth individuals is marked by consistent high marks and client satisfaction on the most complex cases of identity-related fraud. Isaacs management of case workers and investigators was also cited in the nomination. His survey score hits an industry high 99.12 percent.
