We've all had that moment when we're in a tough spot and wish a booming voice would just tell us what to do.

For frustrated identity theft victim Marion Steadman*, it happened—over the radio. Steadman had tuned into Ronn Owens' radio show on KGO Newstalk 810 in San Francisco to hear his guest, CyberScout chairman and founder Adam Levin, tell listeners what to do if their identity were stolen.
